When should we arrive for our tour or charter?
We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to arrival to allow time for loading.

Water Taxi Terms and Conditions: full payment at time of booking. Full refund for cancellation with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to scheduled departure time. No refund if cancellation is less than 72 hours before scheduled date and time. Refunds will not apply if you miss your tour/trip. Indian Arm Recreational Services reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
